MISSION STATEMENTPrayerLink promotes synchronized prayer, praise, unity and encouragement within the Body of Christ. STATEMENT OF FAITHWe Believe: …in the absolute authority of the Bible. …in one God, eternally existent in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. …in the full humanity and the full divinity of Jesus Christ. …that faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is essential for the salvation of the human soul. …in the present and personal ministry of the Holy Spirit, purifying and enabling Christians to live holy lives. …all people have sinned. …God created man in His own image to reflect His glory. …that the Church is the body of Christ made up of all who trust in and obey Him. …that the Church’s purpose is to worship God, reach those without Christ, and nurture believers. …in the resurrection of Jesus Christ and in the resurrection of all who believe in Him to life eternal. …in Jesus Christ’s personal return in power and glory. About PrayerLinkPrayerLink is a joint-effort ministry joining together the Body of Christ in unified synchronized prayer. We persevere because we believe God has placed this task on our hearts to strengthen his Kingdom. God issued a call to the Israel nation in Joel 2:12: "Now, therefore," says the Lord, "turn to me with all your heart…" Joel 2:15 says: Sound the alarm... call a solemn assembly. The idea behind this verse has been with us since the beginning, and we think it best tells what we are trying to achieve. We are inviting people everywhere to be part of a solemn assembly. We also believe that the call was on the heart of the Son of God, in the Garden of Gethsemane, when he prayed to the Father in John 17: "… that they may all be one …" Christ prayed for unity, not uniformity. We wish to see all Christians — regardless of affiliation or style — unite to praise God and pray with others, and to pray for others. Our model of ministry is found in Acts 1:7, where the disciples began ministering in their hometown Jerusalem, then to the larger area of Judea. Then they expand into Samaria, and finally, to the uttermost parts of the earth. We encourage you to follow this model and begin praying with, and for, those closest to you. Then, pray with your neighbors, church fellowship, church leaders and your local, regional and national government leaders. Encourage a missionary serving across the earth. Remind them you are praying for them and invite them to pray with you and all others, for the advancement of God’s Kingdom on earth — all at the same time!
