When I was filling an order, I (Tom Scholl) asked the customer the question, "What will you use your Family & Friends Pak for?". Our Brother in Christ replied with the following. I enclosed my editorial comments in brackets [ ]: "Back from my very first order a couple years ago I have been very careful to pass these out to people who were interested enough to really use it not just keep it around as a "neat little gadget that plays a tune from time to time". In the church I was one of two pastors at that time my main interest was in the worship aspect of the devices. My wife and I wear these all the time. I have been teaching in Bible school and had them go off and had to explain to my students that it was time to stop teaching and worship. I did therefore they did. We have stopped in an isle and the grocery store and worshiped. Not acting like a religious nut but giving glory to my Precious Jesus. He understands quiet worship. I now have people coming to me asking to buy these from me. That is what most of this order is all about. I now have a small home church and we all use these. I want everyone who is looking to me as their shepherd to wear/use these because of the three fold cord principal. [Way out here] these lil guys go off weeeee early in the morning. My ears are so tuned in to hearing them sound at that early time that many nights during the week I awaken to the sound and lay in bed worshiping my Jesus. We live in a very small town so to have seven or eight of these being used here is great. We learned early, in the winter months .. .. do not leave them in the car over night if the car is left outside. [They chirp like crickets! The low-voltage indicator sounds off under 40 degrees (F). If they warm up they should quiet down. If not, it would be time to replace the battery. See "Technical Info" link on the left menu for explicit instructions.] Thank you for making this available. We love them. We love people looking at them and saying, 'What is that?'. We get to share Jesus with them." [Isn't this encouraging? Let us hear from you, too] |
